Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking accommodation with Croft 4 Glamping (“we”, “our”, “us”). By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival.

Payments are accepted by debit or credit card via Stripe.

Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received and you have received written confirmation from us.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

100% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 14 days or more before arrival.

0% refundable if cancelled after 14 days before arrival.

We recommend guests obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

In the unlikely event we must cancel your booking, we will offer an alternative date or full refund.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: from 3:00 pm

Check-out: by 10:00 am

Late departures may incur a charge unless arranged in advance.

4. Guest Rules

Maximum of 2 guests per pod.

No pets are permitted on the premises.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the accommodation.

No parties, events or additional guests beyond the booking total.

Guests must respect the property, facilities and neighbours at all times.

You are responsible for any damage or loss caused during your stay and may be charged accordingly.

5. Liability

We accept no responsibility for:

Loss or damage to personal belongings

Injury or accidents that occur on the premises unless caused by our negligence

Disruption caused by events beyond our control (including severe weather, travel disruption, or government restrictions)

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
